Welcome to Luski World (https://luski.world), operated by Son of the Soil LLC ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing Luski World, claiming a digital Boarding Pass, participating in the $500 Bag Drop Raffle, purchasing concert tickets, or connecting your music streaming account, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. No Purchase Necessary & Official Raffle Rules

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the Luski World $500 Bag Drop Raffle. Void where prohibited by law. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Standard mobile carrier lines only (automated bots and disposable VoIP numbers are filtered out during drawing). Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries accumulated via Boarding Pass registration, streaming/social boosts, and verified referrals.

2. Third-Party Streaming Services (YouTube, Apple Music, Spotify)

When you choose to connect your YouTube, YouTube Music, Apple Music, or Spotify account on Luski World, you authorize us to perform the actions described on the authorization screen (such as subscribing to the official artist channel or saving releases to your library and reading your music rotation affinity). Use of YouTube features is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

3. Digital Boarding Passes & Live Event Tickets

Apple Wallet and Google Wallet Boarding Passes are non-transferable VIP credentials. Live event tickets issued via tix.luski.world include cryptographic HMAC QR codes verified at the venue door and are subject to venue capacity and age restrictions.

4. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
